5. Acceptable Use

Users must not use Realty+ to send spam, fraudulent communications, misleading content, malicious software, or any material that violates applicable laws or third-party platform policies.

6. Third-Party Services

Realty+ may integrate with third-party services including the official WhatsApp Business Platform and CRM systems. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

7. Intellectual Property

Realty+, its software, branding, documentation, website content, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Supreme Stud Private Limited unless otherwise stated.

8. Availability

We strive to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect service availability.

9. Disclaimer

Realty+ is provided on an "as available" basis. While we continuously improve the platform, we do not guarantee that the service will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supreme Stud Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of Realty+.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Realty+ if these Terms are violated or where required by law.

12. Changes

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Realty+ after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
